CB to Fuse box

Hello all,

I want to properly wire my CB radio to the fuse box. I'm not too fond of the idea of just sticking the wire into an existing fuse. Anybody have any advice on tapping? Also should I use the fuse box inside the cab or under the hood. Pretty much just want to know the safest/best way to do this.

I use something like this:

Add an inline fuse to the CB and put the adapter in so the CB end is on the hot side of the fuse jack. That way each fuse will operate independently.

(PS: You can find them cheaper if you look around.)
