Can anyone recommend a decent Tyre

I was advised by a Trooper driver to steer away from Bridgestone Duelers and suggested I go for Cooper STTs or Wrangler AT/R.

Unfortunately I punish my Jeep and spend 80% of drive-time on tar and concrete roads.

The Dueler A/T Revos are quite popular. I have them and they seem much better than the stock Goodyears.

I agree that the Dueller AT's are outstanding. I had them when I was stock 240/70/16's and they ran great. Used them up for 45K and got the bug for new tires. The tread was not totally gone and I could've gotten more out of them. Just wanted to go big or stay home!

Dueler Revo's (not to be mistaken w/ the other Duelers) are hands down the most recommended tire for the KJ

other popular choices are BFG's and Firestone Destinations

I don't notice any noise from them.
