Bumper fog lights

I am looking for some feed back on swapping out my bumper mounted fog lights to LED spots. Has anyone changed theirs out and use the existing mounts and wiring?

What bulbs are in those? My fog lights are mounted in my grill and they take 9145 bulbs.

I'm not sure, I was looking at replacing the whole assembly with LED spots, or mounting a LED bar on the bumper and utilizing the wiring and existing switch.

I'll keep that In mind, I'm not sure what route I'm going to go yet.
