Has anyone found a build sheet in their KJ?
Do the Mfr's even do that anymore?
Just curious,

Click that, send an e-mail. Ask for a build sheet. They should send it to you within a few days.

I did this and they emailed it in about 2 weeks.

If you stop at ANY dealer and ask they have a direct connection to DC and can print you one in 30 seconds. FREE That's the fastest way I know of.

Out of curiosity, I just orded one off the website as noted above to see how long it takes for me to get one that way.

Soon I will have two.........ah haaa

A build sheet and the original window sticker was put in my glove compartment when I bought the rig. The build sheet was in the canvas owner's manual pouch. Maybe my dealer does this as an extra service.

Is it possible that the dealer took it off?

I suppose they could have. I got mine from a Ford dealer so they probably didn't take the cargo net and spare tire cover.

I'd like to know what this means:

5 Additional Gallons of Gas ZCGP

I this a reserve? I've yet to see a low fuel indication on this thing and I've gotten it pretty low before.

See thats the thing. The first time i let my light come on, I filled up immediately and still had about 3-3.5 gallons left. Next time I filled up right on my way out of town and the light came on right as I was pulling into Costco....how convenient I thought. I filled up and it took 18.25 gallons ON THE FIRST CLICK. I usually top it off a bit after the first click.

Ever since then, the light doesn't come on untill i'm just about empty. I'm not too sure about why it's doing that.

fairly sure that means they put 5 gallons of gas in it when they made the jeep.. O:)

ive never gotten over 17 gallons in mine.. I ran it at least 20 miles after the guage was pegged on E and the EVIC said 0 left till E.. \:D/

It has a 19.5 gallon tank..

That is strange.

I've never seen a light on mine and I can remember the computer showing 10 or 15 miles left to go.

I think the most gas I ever put in at one time was around 14 gallons and it was pretty low, according to the gauge.

I'm tempted to drive it till it's dry (with a spare can in back) but I don't think that's very good for the Jeep.

Ahhh, so it must be a reserve that the guage or EVIC doesn't report.

Cool!
