Nothing out there that is in your price range and will last off roading.
Only thing you're going to get is a spacer type lift and if you are over 30-40,000 miles it is a waste pretty much. Plus you'd have at the very least 510 just in a spacer type lift and 4 shocks
4 springs ( OME) and 4 shocks will have you in the 700 range and way better for what you want. Buy some of it now, and some later if you have to.

x2 as above start saving for OME 927-948 springs and Bilstien or OME shocks.
I also used Boiler's 3/8 inch steel shims up front to get that front end up and level.
Make your own rear bump stops from hockey pucks, and Teraflex front bump stops and you are good to go. The ride quality is awesome- "better than new" and the extra clearance is great.

As said multiple times before...
Old Man Emu coil springs and new shocks all around is the only way to
have a lift that will last if you are an avid off road enthusiast.
But, should you choose a spacer lift, Daystar is popular. Just keep in mind
that the factory springs and shocks are most likely bagged out alraedy!

Hate to see ride & what they would have been like if they ever got wheeled.
