I've got a random crew heading out to Butcher Jones (aka the the Rolls, aka the Coves at Saguaro lake) this Saturday morning for a 1/2 day fun run. Stock vehicles will be fine. Newbies welcome.
Meeting time is 10 am at the FIRST parking lot on the right BEFORE the pay station / bathrooms. We will be hitting the trail at 10:30 sharp. CB channel 4, FRS channel 2(7)
Then out to the Coves for lunch (bring your own). If Cove one is too busy we'll head to Cove two.
Afterwards it's back to the washes and hills to flex a bit.
I plan on starting to head back out at 2pm.
As usual we will be Treading Lightly and please bring trash bags so we can clean-up where possible.
Please reply if you can make it.
