Is your company against having snow tires on your company van?

I know how it is if they are...
A few years ago we had a Regional Manager tell us that our region of the country "didn't warrant" snow tires. Some branches complied. Mine said yea.. okay... and then we got snow tires anyways and company paid. We're out there on the roads not him.

Needless to say he is no longer part of the company and we can have all the snow tires we want.
