A/C Compressor only works when jumped...

I have a 05 2.4, I have been having A/C trouble basically a week after I got the car 2 years ago. So this year I have been trying to figure out whats wrong with it. So I started with basically replacing as much as I could. Compressor, all the lines, Condenser, Drier, Pressure switch, Clutch Switch, relays and fuses and the blend door actuator.
I refilled the freon and the compressor still wouldn't kick on. So I tried jumping the compressor to get some movement and when jumped clutch will engage and blow ice cold air. I tested all the voltage the relay is getting around 13-14v, the pressure switch around 5v, the clutch switch gets around 10-11v, but the compressor itself at the plug only gets .8-1v. Just wondering before I have to take it to someone to follow the wiring(really bad at reading the diagrams) is there something I am missing?

Jumping the compressor how?

You note that you replaced the pressure switch. If the low pressure switch is not satisfied, you get no power to the clutch magnet. I would put a jumper at the low switch and see if the compressor engages. If it did - A: Freon is still a might too low. B: New switch is defective. PS-Does your jeep have a snowflake button at the console? If yes, and it is not pushed in, no ac compressor engagement.

I jumped it by running a + and a - wire from the battery to the compressor plug. It does have the snowflake and it is turned on. And I have used a paper clip on the switch and it does nothing to the compressor and the Freon is sitting a little high close to 50psi
