6 disc Changer and Radio 05 Limited

Question.......I have to ratchet up the volume to around 8 to 9 to hear anything audible is this normal on the 05 equipment or do I need to get the wax out??

tried different CD's?

some of my cd's if i dont normalize it first before burning, it will be really low.
ur probably still under warranty, so complain to the dealer, and have them replace it
