55 MPH somethings not right

I been really busy lately and haven't had time to work on my 2006 KJ. It has 67000 miles on it so I had the Dealer do a oil change and tune up at the same time. NEVER have I had a problem with this jeep aside from the windows falling down on 7 different occasions. When they were doing the tune up they noticed the transmission line was leaking where it is held on with a mount around the middle of the line so I had them replace them also and change the transmission fluid.

I got the Jeep back and 1 day later I got a trouble light. I brought it back and they said it was because I washed it (WTF) and I got water inside the #3 coil pack causing the plug to foul. I proceeded to ask them if I cant drive it in the rain either but they didn't find that amusing.

Now I notice when I drive between 50 and 57MPH It almost feels like the Jeep is sputtering or wanting to shift or something strange. I have never felt this before . If I get to 60 it feels fine and if I am going 45 it is fine just that 50 to 57 feels like it wants to shift or it doesn't have power and is bogged down. There is no check engine light or anything and I cant seem to check to see if there are any codes with the key with it being a 2006.

Any suggestions???? Any help or advise would be appreciated.

If you do wash the engine, it is best to have some compressed air handy to blow the water around the coil packs out before starting it.
When you say they did a tune up, what exactly did they do?
Keeping a Jeep in tune includes an oil &filter change intake & body cleaning, IAC & ports, new air filer and obviously fresh plugs properly gapped, as well as using a good fuel injector cleaner like Techroline (techron) by Chevron added to your fuel. I use high grade fuel in KJ as well especially when using the injector cleaner. I also use Synthetic motor oil Like Mobil1 5W-30, jeep likes it!
Try driving it with the overdrive off until you reach 60 mph and see if it feels any better then.

They did

1. Transmission lines
2. replaced transmission fluid and filter
3. oil change + Filter
4. Tune up = I believe all they did was change the plugs.
5. Installed battery (Then put old battery in the back of my jeep dumping acid all over the floor)

For the most part the Jeep sounds and seems to be running fine now aside from that 55MPH thing that I cant seem to put my head around. Almost like no power right at that speed. I will try it without overdrive right now.

Took it out of Overdrive. Still something going on but with the RPM's higher it doesn't seem as bad. I noticed going up a hill earlier doing around 40 it was struggling until it decided to downshift.

Struggling with a KJ up hills is normal it seems. Gravity & lousy gearing on a heavier SUV ***** the powerband out of the 42RLE. This is why so many especially with man tires re gear and drop in 4.10s front and rear.
When I see a hill, (with overdrive off) I drop it into second, give er, (blows the dust out) and shift into 3rd as I crest the hill and once level, decide if overdrive back on.
Look at the over drive as a put put mode ( low rpm level surface) economy tool. I really think taking the Jeep up to 4-5k rpm once in a while is good for it. (just dont look what comes out the tailpipe the first time you do it)
Get 2 bottles for a (full tank) of Chevron Techron additive and take it for a good highway boogie. Your Kj will thank you.
