3.7 Different type rockers??

Hello everyone I'm new to the site. I recently bought a 2002 liberty that had broke a valve spring and trashed the head breaking the mount hole for the lash adjuster. I bought another used head but I notice the rockers are different one has a big hole over the lash adjuster and the other head has a needle size hole over its. Also the cam on one head has no hole for oiling and the other does on the intake side. Plus the exhaust valve spring has a metal cover around the bottom of it and the other head doesn't. Anyone have any Ideal why this is and which parts would be better to use?

i believe the valve train was changed in the 05 and up model years. one would assume the 05 and up would be better to use?
