2007 Jeep Liberty Shudder (bulletin)

My fiancee just bought a 2007 Liberty with 22,000 km. It has a shudder that at certain speeds that sounds like you are going over rumble strips. I found a Service bulletin 21-002-07 Rev B which describes the exact problem. This bulletin has been superceeded by 21-020-07 for the KJ specifically and I cannot find this one. Any help with this bulletin would be greatly appreciated! BTW here is the bulletin I found!

My liberty was doing this same thing, I took it in and they said there was a recall for something and it hasn't done it since, muct of been this bulletin they were talking about
