I did just resolve my issue. Turns out there was a small leak in one of the small houses into the thermostat housing. It would only leak when under high load, and the fluid would pretty much evaporate before dripping, so that explains why I never saw a leak, never had white smoke out the exhaust, or never had fluid in the oil. I'm really glad it's not a head gasket.
I had a similar issue… hose clamp was not in the proper place after a egr delete.

I've been having a similar problem and hope you will keep posting as you work through this. Thanks! I did run some head gasket sealant through the system and it has slowed down the leak, but not stopped completely. Just like you, no milky oil, no apparent leaks, no white exhaust, etc.
WHAT STOP LEAK IS BEST TO US E i HAVE THE SME ISSUE ON MY V6 liberty 3.7 and its right now a very slow leak in the revivor.. but I tried Kool stop pour and go and it helped a little but now I hear you got to run it for 1/2 hour wit the cap off is this true

Do not use ANY stop leak unless you want to replace everything in the cooling system
Worst product ever , will stop up the heater core, gets into water pump etc

First picture before driving, next pictures 6 hours later after 30 miles. Didn’t add coolant and seem still have a leak under the KJ… why is the orange level not equal everywhere on the line ? In fact the cold line arrow is written under the middle of the tank. Any tips ?

The tank must have some baffles inside it. Cold max fill is the seam and hot max is the small plastic line.
I would find the source of the leak before driving it too much, running out of coolant will do serious damage to the engine.
The big steel plate under the engine comes off easily, loosen the 2 rear bolts and undo the 2 front ones and it will slide forwards and off. Once that's out of the way you'll be able to see a lot better.
Look closely around the cam belt cover and backplate where the water pump is mounted

Those types of "stop leak" products should generally only be used as a LAST resort…like if youre stuck somewhere remote and need to drive out. There are MANY coolant passages and small coolant hoses and tubes on the CRD that those products can accidentally restrict or even plug in addition to the actual leak.

I suggest that after you find and fix the leak, you do also do a thorough coolant flush and then refill with new HOAT coolant 50% diluted with distilled water…using tap water can lead to mineralization and eventual blockage.

Just my .02

Is that where the leak is? The thermostat is easy to replace but if you have put thet horrible leak seal in the system I'd do a flush and refill with fresh HOAT at the same time.

I don’t know where the leak came from yet. I have done a video but can’t upload video here. It’s working I have added more coolant. Orange light still there. Front main ventilator in front of the external radiator is working. Heating inside the Jeep is working good. I am 500 kms from home now and no choice to drive back like this. Coolant is running. Maybe I had no leak, I called my garage, he says probably water coming from air conditioner or rain accumulation under the Jeep. I will check and stop after 200 kms. Thanks for your advises.
