Can you put these on a 06 sport or was there something with a wheel sensor. Like the looks of the rims, wanted to know also what backspace would be necessary. Want to run 245/75/r16

yes you can put those on the sport and run that tire set up. lots of people do.
5X4.5 and I believe they have 4" of BS
the wheel sensor? do you mean the TPMS?

Tire pressure monitoring
If you have rubber valve stems you do not have TMPS.
If you have metal ones you might have it. Check your idiot lights when you fire up the Jeep and if you have it it should light up.
