I was looking into getting a set of Crager Soft 8's and was wondering if 15" would fit or if liberty's needed to be at least 16s?
Also i want to go with 7" wide right?
and what backspacing are the stock wheels or what backspacing do i want if i want about 1/2" or 1" stick out farther then stock?
Thanks!

I was looking at the 15" by 7" black soft 8's with a backspacing of 4"
Anyone have a pic of what they would like with about a 235 tire? possibly on a silver KJ :D
Also is 4" right for the backspacing?
Thanks!

I thought i did see somewhere 15s usually do not work, but that some still did fit, and they listed the soft 8's as one of the few that would fit..
But i don't remember where i saw it, or if it was a reliable source.
Looks like i'm going to need some 16s!

Its either going to be the soft 8s or a set of these off of a XJ.

Yeah, I run 15x8 with 4" BS on 31x10.5 so they are a little wider than 245. I have rub on full stuff, my rear flares are the hardest hit. I would go with a 4.5" BS and stock is 5.5" so that gives you 1" wider stance at all 4 corners.

But to answer to original question....Yes 15x4.5 will bolt right on no problem.

Test fit any candidates first though to see if the calipers clear the inner rim area.
Soft8's are close, probably 1/4 " or more by the eye.

Still a 4.5" BS with a 7" wide wheel?
Thanks!
