Daughters 06 does not start or run without using the throttle for a few minutes. It only does it on colder damp days on the initial start. It is fine through the rest of the day and runs fine down the road. is there a sensor somewhere I need to check and if so what is the procedure?
Thank you

I'll throw some ideas out ..tune up time..++
Could be a fuel related issue, what is the fuel pressure reading from schrader valve on fuel rail? Add 2 bottles of Chevron techron concentrate fuel cleaner to gas to clean injectors.
Jeep likes new spark plugs every 35k and gap em properly.

Clean the intake air control- IAC- see post 10 for cleaning.. http://www.jeepkj.com/forum/f196/idle-air-control-no-screws-44826/#post475141
The IAC controls the idle an wow they can get really gummed up with carbon.'
This is how you want the iAC to look after cleaning!

Do you have engine light on, if so check for codes.
A bad TPS can also cause issues and surging idles & rpm's.

No lights. It probably has been more than 35k since new plugs. It should be here in the next few days so I will check IAC . Thank you for the suggestions

Set of NGK copper plugs
new coilpacks
Its sounds like its just drawing moisture from somewhere
so the new coilpacks will take care of that
Buy good ones, not elcheapos from the Zones etc
I've had two that I worked on that did the same thing
Screwed up though, 2nd guy was going to sell me his 02 for 500 until I changed plugs and coilpacks , then he suddenly wanted 4500 LOL
