04 limited help!

i have a 04 stock liberty limited its a nice truck but it looks like a chick car im not sure which tires and wheels would be right for it. need feedback from owners of jeeps with the sweet looking tires. update: i found tires that might work treadwright P235/65R17 PUMA A/T but still unsure on the wheels i need and lift kit

not really looking for wheels right now. i want to find the right tires and a lift if i need one. my jeep has 42k on it and so im not sure if the coils need to be replaced too.

i think these wheels will work with treadwright puma tires but im not sure and i still have no clue on a lift kit. need help
