How many miles on the Jeep? Spark plugs, did you use NGK ZFR6F-11G
Ignition coils could be an issue, do you have an engine light on or codes present?
Which plugs were wet or what was cylinder locations?
Tapping noise, may have to remove valve covers for inspection & see if anything is askew.
Is your oil clean from dipstick? Any smoke out tail pipe at start up?

Geez, That is a lot of codes going on.
IAC get a Mopar one.
VSS look above for proper grounding & any connection issues.
Get 6 new ignition coils installed. Mopar are best although I had good success with Standard Brand.
codes 0141 & 0161 are oxygen sensors, use only NGK or NTK 02 sensors for the Jeep.
You might be able to swap The 30 Amp ASD Relay or get a new one, see image location from under hood distribution panel.
It is # 6 for the ASD on my 04. You will see it labelled on your's once you open the cover.

I’m suspicious tho because all these codes appeared literally overnight.
