to me E has the best compromise of exposure for all items, without anything being washed out. reflections seem at the minimum, and the sky looks a little better.

Oh, we did originally figure this using pi to get circumference of the tires to figure out distance traveled by them, then we figured out that pu in the formula was actually getting canceled out, so did it without pi and the other step and came up with this easier formula that provided same results.
