NADA does not take into account for add-ons to a vehicles. and sometimes add-ons bring the value down, even if they are top of the line accesories. I need to figure out what a fair value for my KJ is... 2006 Renegade 56,000 miles bottom of bumper and wheel wells are trimmed lift with...

    Brian's Ren

    Repainted some things

Something that everyone might want to consider before going through a lot of work trying to make their steel parts pretty again... powdercoating... Not terribly expensive if you have a shop around that does it, many different colors to pick from, including clear (clear red or blue on bare...

    Badge Adhesive

use a heat gun, not a hair dryer to loosen up the adhesive really good. you can also use liquid nails clear to stick them back on. its going to be stronger than the stock adhesive, but not as strong as regular liquid nails. the clear remained flexible a couple years after i used it to glue a...

    Played with some settings

A,B,C are all over exposed, D has too much contrast unless you are trying for that effect, but doesn't go well with the subject matter. F looks a hint too dark, and G has the ground overexposed again This is of course, all a matter of my opinion. A lot of my pics don't look great since they...

    Played with some settings

to me E has the best compromise of exposure for all items, without anything being washed out. reflections seem at the minimum, and the sky looks a little better.

    Turning Signal Light

if it's flashing fast, that's a sign that you have a bulb out. this is usually caused by a bulb being burnt out, when it's not, there is an open in the circuit to that bulb. if that is the only bulb that was out, and you replaced it and it still doesn't work, and the flasher is going fast...

    Repainted some things

Trying to remember what acid you use for the bath... maybe hydrochloric? if you leave your metal parts in a metal bucket on a stove or burner, let them cook over night, it removes all the paint and rust, and leaves a slight zinc oxide coating to the part. makes parts as good as new. worked...

    Spacer lift drawbacks for 2WD

I agree whole heartedly. It's your daughter, don't put her at risk with sloppy front end parts with low budget add-ons. Do it right and sleep well at night. I'm more likely to do something sketchy for myself just because I have experience dealing with awful things happening while driving. No way...

    odometry

Oh, we did originally figure this using pi to get circumference of the tires to figure out distance traveled by them, then we figured out that pu in the formula was actually getting canceled out, so did it without pi and the other step and came up with this easier formula that provided same results.
