I ran the wires across to the driver side roof rack and drilled through the foot of the rack, ran the wires down and sealed the hole to prevent leaks. Same hole for both the front and rear lights. Then I went down the b pillar to the switches on the dash.

Went out with my buddy's fj today, checking out how bad the streets were after the storm.

I guess I'll throw in a few: buddy and I were stuck for a goof 45 minutes until someone else came.. good ol' mudd pit!

I'll probably look into batteries and all but isn't there a battery indicator? I'm not 100% sure on the kj but I know a lot do... just confused as to why it'd throw engine code versus battery

would anyone happen to know if the battery test at autozone is free? Marlon - my roommate's 07 commander throws the engine code when he disconnects his battery and said it could potentially be the same deal here but in his case, it goes away after about 10 minutes. I drove about 45 min so far...

as far as lowering the basket, the pics are older so you can't tell but I did follow one of the dyi's to build lower rack bars but that didn't seem to make a difference. I only have mpg numbers from stock and now haha because I threw on all the mods within about a week's span so I don't know hat...
