At this time im not sure if it's a kit or just a cable. I have asked the parts dept and they can not give me any answers. When I talk to them they just look in the book from mopar and it doesn't give them any real information. What would help is to see the part or the instructions to see what...
Do you have a 2009 Jeep Liberty?
According to the brochure there is a Universal Consumer Interface (UCI) that is written about in the 2009 Brochure. The Mopar part is 82210787AB ($25.65). I contacted chrysler about this and they said it is the same radio that is in the compass, patriot, and...
If I am ordering a jeep with Uconnect GPS how accurate will the maps on the navigation be?
How do you go about getting updated maps? Is this a disc or does the dealer do a an update from their computers?
The whole 18 inch wheels really gets me ... I think was kind of silly to make a liberty model that was not "trail rated" especially when add the premium options (Premium Group II).
So what is the difference between the Fortera HL All Season Tires (18 Inch) and the Goodyear Wrangler HP Al-Season Tires (17 Inch).
Are fortera an inferior tire? Are they pointless with a 4WD?
Is the 2009 Jeep Liberty "trail rated" or does it depend on the wheels. I read that someone with a 09 and Premium Group II is not trail rated because of the wheels? Any information?
In the brochure for jeep products when talking about Uconnect GPS (MyGig) it states that the "universal consumer interface (UCI)" allows you to operate the iPod through the Ucoonect GPS touch screen.
Is this the same as the iPod Integration kit?
So the brochure says on the "Play It Safe Out There" page that you can choose the available Rain-Sensing Automatic Wiper System - which it automatically senses rain and snow. I have not seen this option on the website when i "Build My Own". Is this standard?
I will be ordering a new vehicle with the Uconnect GPS (MyGig), which part do I need for use with the radio?
iPod Integration
Part Number: 82211853
iPod interface cable for RER radio. Connects to the back of the radio and is fed through to either the glovebox or center console, depending on...
I plan to move forward this week with the dealer ... I will educate him (nicely) to let him know that Select-Trac is not a full time 4wd system (always in 4wd and never can switch out).
Is the selct trac an upgrade? Should I take it as an option for 4wd? The salesmen seems to think I should not need it as it is always in 4wd ... obviously he is wrong about this.
What is the difference between "Selec-Trac II(R) Active Full-Time 4WD System" and the standard 4WD system that comes with the 08 Liberty.
I was told by the salesmen that "Selec-Trac II(R) Active Full-Time 4WD System" means the vehicle is always in 4WD and you can't switch to 2WD. This did not...
Where can you find the factory to dealer incentives?
Also are these standard or vary by dealership?
Consumer rebates are in addition to factory to dealer incentives?
