Were the terminals/cable ends cleaned when the battery was replaced?

I put in a NAPA radiator a year ago, and it fit exactly as the original. No problems so far.

NAPA only lists one front shaft for an '06 Libby. They don't list it as only fitting a specific t-case or anything. Any ideas on that? Just trying to get a general idea of parts cost.

I haven't had to replace one on the KJ yet, but in general, they can be a bear to get out if there's any corrosion. Like HoosierJeep said, some penetrating oil a few times in the days leading up to the repair would be a good idea.

A knife shouldn't go through a freeze plug...at least not if the plug is in good condition.

I installed an Avital 4113 last year on our '06 and it works well.

This is where I would start, also.

I've always checked our Libby's ATF in Park. Now, the old RWD Chrysler transmissions (727/904) had to be in Neutral, as they didn't pump fluid in Park (the pump still ran, but there was an internal bypass).

To clarify, no it does not lock the diff, but it locks the transfer case (50% to front and 50% to rear). In a turn, the front wheels are turning at a different rate of speed, so things get unhappy in a hurry.
