I found a trico blade at Pep Boys that I've been using for 3 years now, don't recall the size but it was prob the 12 inch. It fit fine and has been working well for me all these years

    The blower motor resistor pack-fixable?

I've seen pictures of the Sebring's board, it has an aluminum heat sink on it which makes it a difficult fit. I had some trouble swapping mine out with the one meant for the Jeep due to the tight space

    Do go into the light.

I had mine mounted to the passenger side front seat with the plastic maglite clips. It didn't last more then a few weeks until the clips broke, I know of other people it happened to. Now I keep it sitting on the floor between the door and seat.

    Rusting Rocker Rails

My 2005 shows some bubbling. It seems worse on the bottom of the door. It seems to be confined to the passenger side only, idk how it happens to only the passenger side but it seems to be a common issue.

What did you do to your jeep today?

Replaced the blower resistor board so I can get back fan speeds 1, 2 and 3. Running 4 all the time was noisy and wasteful

Front Brake Pads / Rotors Question?

I had the adaptive one pads on the front and they were great. Def recommend then. Hardly any dust, stopped well. I had to replace them after the guide pin seized and they got very irregular wear, but other then that I could of gotten another 10,000 miles out of them. I got stuck with semi...

    Possible TSB

I don't think its the blinker fluid, the blinker works fine. Might be a sign the muffler bearings are going tho.

I've spent about 2 nights in the driver's seat with it moved all the way back and fully reclined. Awful and uncomfortable.

    destroyed key

what key is it...the one with the remote or the regular one? if its the remote one they sell key "shells" online, its just the plastic head and a blade, no circuit board tho or innards. if only the plastic broke u can have a locksmith cut the key shell and u can transfer the circuit board yourself.

    Spitting Gas

Found it. http://www.jeepkj.com/forum/showthread.php?t=48562 It used to do it occasionally, the fuel would overflow slightly after it clicked off. But now if ur filling at full pressure it will spray out and it does it almost every time, regardless of station or pump type. I just fill slowly...

    Spitting Gas

There was a thread similar to this a few weeks ago. Mine does it too, I believe it has something to do with a faulty vent in the gas tank. My remedy has always been to fill slower.

Steering Wheel Lock (yes it does)

Oh wow I just tried that too. I didn't know it can lock upside down. My Jeep is a 2005 sport btw.

    connecting iPhone to 2006 Liberty

Really? The one I had I could barely get to come through on my radio clearly. I did notice that it was much clearer with it plugged into the Jeep to charge. Also, on long trips through cities the quality will degrade as you move around due to radio interference.

Poor acceleration from a standing start. Tranny fluid or something worse?

If you use one of those K&N type filters and you over oil them the oil gunks up the sensors and makes vehicles accelerate like crap.

    Darn locking nut!

You can always take it to a tire shop and they got the removers that will get them off, which destroys them at the same time. Then either get a new set of lock nuts, like McGard that comes with a sticker your supposed to put on the glove box that has a number on it which you can use to reorder...
