Ok finally scored with a 04 Liberty EVIC for my Renegade . Im looking at the install writeup and have a few questions..... 1) Is the wiring hookups the same from 03 to 04??? Are the colors the same or did they change?? Do I go by the 03< instructions as far as which wires to tap into??? 2)...

I have a 05 key w/intergrated remote for sale if you like. Its uncut and new. I got it to use w/my 04 Renegade but it will not work on the 04s.... $50 is what it cost me.....Let me know if your intrested.... you could allways cut the metal key part and just keep the remote part with you......

In a word NOOOOOOOOO dont do it..... You can hear the other person well but you sound faded and tinny is what I have been told.... Overall Im disappointed with my Uconnect.....

The clock spring is in the center of the steering wheel its what the connectors for the cruise and radio controls plug into. Its the reason you have to remove the steering wheel as you cant switch it out without doing so... Some have modified their existing clock springs but I didnt cause it...

I ordered a set of taillight guards made by Aries from Ebay for my 04 Renegade.. They came in while I was on vacation and I had to wait a week till I got back to install them. I got them on today And i must say it was a breeze.... They are real metal not the stupid plastic stick on ones thet...

Well I got my Renegade back today and the ebrake is PERFECT!!!!!! they repl the racheting mechanism which incudes the ebrake handle itsself and dam if it doesnt fully enguage in 3 clicks vs 9+ clicks before...... Finally the 24k miles and 1 year annoyance is over.....

Yea I realized that the brake booster isnt the issue after I posted..... This has been ongoing since new... The ebrake handle hasnt been installed as of just yet to ensure itr isnt blamed as the culprit of this issue....

As some of you may have read in a earlier post of mine Ive been having problems with my ebrake not engauging till the handle is all the way up. If you pump the pedal a few times b4 pulling the handle or park in reverse it stops at 4 clicks. Ive revisited the issue with the dealer on every...
