Im wondering if anyone has tried to get a 265/65/17 under their lifted kj .or 265/70 on a 16" wheel. because ive read that i can get a 245/70/17 duratrac under a kj with, lets say, an OME med./Bilstein lift(which i have) and the yokohama's in 265/65/17 are close to specs of smaller 245...

ok heres some pics, i started drilling the stud out this morning, need some bigger bits, biggest i have is 1/4". i have shots of my RF that has a nut without the decorative stainless cap, this is what i thought we would do to LR but have a look at the butcher job on it.

thats what i thought the plan was, pull the cap to expose the nut, i have a lug on my RF that is like that.actually that is what twisted in the first place , just the end that doesnt have the nut underneath, alot of people dont realize the actual nut is only half the size of the whole thing that...

u never have to. woulld still be beneficial performance wisethough, akin to adding like 20-30 ftlbs torque, i would think. trade off would be lower top speed, no biggie.
