    The old pump may have gone because of air in the lines. Has the Filter head been replaced with the upgraded one? Also the tank connections are notorious for air ingestion. My Hoses have been replaced with USCG approved and double clamped.

    Before you replace the Transfer case switch, check the bushing on the lever. The bushing wears out and the lever has slop which may not contact the switch

    My turbo started making much louder noises not unlike a dentist drill, after I reconnected the intake hose. I had it off to search for a coolant leak. The boot was torn so I tried to bandaid it with a piece on tire inner tube. I suspect a chuck of rotten hose was ingested and chewed up intake...

    CRD engine failure: Replacement or Part-out

    timing belt won't go over tensioner

    I had to remove the tensioner, slip the belt on, and then use the tensioner bolt to pull it back together. Be careful the spring lines up or you can break the indicator. Ask me how I know.
