My guess is that they'd fit. My 2011 has 245/70/16's with no lift, so other than our rim diameter it should be the same geometry.

Thanks, maybe I should have tried Grabber. I ended up ordering the BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A in 245/70R16 once I was assured I'd be able to return them if there was any issue. They look a little snug but fit with no problem.
