I had the same problem on my 2006 kJ crd 6 manual speeds.
I had to change the selection fork and the first to second synchro.
I know there was a mopar procedure in the usa for this problem on Wrangler but not in France for the liberty. Why? I don't know.
It cost me 500 dollars to buy and change...
The kit is componed of:
4 11.5V glowplugs
A new relay
and you go to your jeep dealer because the ECU has to be flashed.
Before my CRd had the 4 ceramic glowplugs.
I've change my glowplugs by 4 Etecno but they crashed quickly.
So I went to my jeep dealer and He installed the update kit with 11.5V glowplugs. It requests to flash the ECU and costs 350 dollars.

I went many times to my Jeep dealer but evytimes he doesn't find where the problem come from.
I think I'm going to change my throttle sensor and I'll see if Something change.

I've a problem with my kJ.
When I accelerate slowly, the engine doesn't run well at 1700 RPM.
After 5 seconds, It apparently takes 300 RPM up to 2000 RPM.
I've this problem on all gears.
There is no trouble code.
