Well I am the one that was having issues it my battery light coming on. I took the alternator to be tested and they said it is fine. So now I am looking to buy the pcm, I am trying to find one on ebay. Most if the part number is the same except the last letter on mine is a g and some if them...
Scratch that, when he tested the alternator it was saying voltage regulator was bad. I went back to get the alternator and they told me it wasn't the problem and that I need a new computer which is gonna cost $300. So now I guess it will sit for awhile and hopefully my ford truck is ok to take...
Went to auto zone to have tested battery is good but alternator is only pushing 11 volts 12 at times so gotta buy a new one the light came back on when I started going fast at least it will be fixed thank you all for your help
I had the ac on but that's it. But I turned the wipers on and the lights to see if they were sluggish but they werent. I'm hoping it's nothing I got a long ride ahead of me tomorow night!!! Maybe I will swing by auto zone tomorrow to get it checked out.
I was driving home from work today and I heard a ding liked down and my battery light was on. Jeep still ran fine wipers, radio all worked. Got home let it idle in the driveway and all was good. Turned the ac on and it worked. Shut car off and started it back up. Started up with no problems...
The compressor/ac clutch in my kj don't cycle on and off at idle. If my ac is on so is my clutch and compressor. It used to cycle on and off and then i started having issues with it. Now I don't know whether to take it in to the shop or leave it alone
My ac clutch is on at idle if my ac is on, if ac is off clutch is off. The ac still blows cold air. I think if it was low on refrigerant it wouldn't blow cold? I might be over reacting about the whole thing and my jeep maybe fine.
No we removed the jump and it blew another fuse but no burning smell. Put a new fuse in and it hasn't blown again. I can hear the clutch cycling when I am driving a higher speed but not at idle. I don't understand. When it is in park the clutch does not cycle on and off. Do I need more...

We bought a new bearing we will see if that works. The ac clutch itself is not seized up it still spins when mover by hand. Any advice appreciated. If this ain't the problem then we will move on to another thing.
I have an 02 liberty sport. Was driving today and started smelling a burning smell. A/c blew warm but then started blowing cold again and smell went away. Then started smelling the burning smell again and a/c would no longer blow cold at all. Hubby looked at it and a/c clutch wasn't...
