you've hijacked my thread my problem is intermittent and while it sounds very similar it goes away after a few minutes i'd upload a video example but its fairly warm out today and it doesn't tick- meathammer

Cold Engine Click
My 07 liberty (235,000+) clicks when cold until it warms up. sometimes I hear it at idle during cold weather conditions and it tends to disappear when i rev it over 1500 rpm. I suspect the lash adjuster / rocker arms may be worn out and need replacing. I have found several similar threads and...- meathammer
