Unfortunately I wrecked the Jeep... Was heading to school and just slightly pulled out right into the bed of a dodge truck...
But now I moved on to the dark side..
Meet Elsie... My 2008 4Runner
Alright thanks for the info. Here is some background info my Jeep, I'm most certain it was only owned by an old couple that used it to travel with so the thing only has highway miles on it. As far as the body goes its decent, the only places that there are rust are on the passenger door on the...
Alright so I've heard that any of the OME, ironman or JBA lifts you put on your Jeep make them ride so much better. But would it be worth putting one on a Jeep with 130,000 miles?
So like the title says, my Jeep has this squeak to it when I go over bumps. I believe it is coming from the rear. Could it possibly be one of my springs or something else? Any ideas would be great
They used the isolators on the rear to add height to their lifts. When you buy the TM Econo lift it comes with 4 inch springs so there is no need to buy the isolators. You may need them when those springs start to sag though
The plan is to get a 40" for the roof in a flood pattern (wide lighting) and then get some light pods for the bumper in a spot pattern so I can in turn get more viewing distance in both the front and side
Got my "smoked" front marker lights in today! Id say they look pretty decent. Just had a little trouble with the passenger side one but they are in there!
Well I want one to light up dark back roads when driving at night being that the deer are starting to move now since they are in rut, but I could also use them when I go camping with the scouts to help light up the woods when setting up or trying to get back to camp
Has anyone considered mounting a 50 inch light bar to the top of their KJ? It seems as though the idea of light bars is becoming more popular and I could really use the better visibility, but then again I could just buy a 20 inch or so and mount it on my bumper. But what do you guys think?
Its been a few days but I got my exhaust finally done! I went with a Black Widow Venom 2.5 Inch muffler and had to get a new Y pipe made w/ other custom piping. Lets say she is a little on the loud side but that has never hurt anyone! Also ordered a set of smoked front marker lights on Ebay to...
Maybe if you had spacers on top of spacers then maybe yes. But I dont think 1.5 inch spacers would hurt anything. Now what about 6mm spacers (0.25 inch)?
The only way id run spacers is to run Jeep JK rims. Other than that then there really is no point unless like in your case you want to run your stock rims.
