    I was wrong. It is the XKs that have the 5x5 pattern. Ram trucks usually, but not always, have a 5x5.5 pattern. Regardless, check both ends so there is no disappointment after a rebuild.

    After checking for 29 splines on the differential end, check the other end for the 5x4.5 lug pattern as some xj-s & other 8.25 axles are set up for the 5x5 lug pattern.

    Ask the seller to send you the installation instructions. You might find that what it is to be attached to may have to be reinforced to keep it from sagging a few years from now or possibly cutting some body or trim parts that you may not want to for aesthetic reasons.

    Secondary battery questions : JL/JT

    Be aware that the Genesis dual battery system will not let you use the under hood snorkel routing system(s) according to the FAQs on the Genesis website. You will have to use one that routes along the side of the hood and then cut into it. So if aesthetics are not a concern, not a problem.

    KKinTexas You are correct about the crash sensor location. If you look into the factory triangular access holes in front of the battery or the air intake, they are the yellow sensors with the yellow wires. Thanks again for the heads up on where to look for them…

    AFT2008KK Rear Left & Right TPMS triggers are behind the rear inner fenders above & forward of the axle on the frame. They appear to be the same sensors. I did not pull one to verify. Only spotted them.

    Good Place to buy 3.7L Engine ???

    Not a rebuilt, just a recycled engine. B&R recycle for engine. run test compression test & fluid leak check test documented on every engine. They are on the web. Just an alternative. I’m not endorsing them nor do I have one from them.

    Tire Pressure Trigger P/N 56029479AB I haven’t looked for the rear triggers but the two in front have the same number so the two in the rear might also. Consider checking the wiring from the triggers also to see if it is intact with no loose connections also. Aftermarket? Check Dorman & Denzo.

    Upon further research, I’ve found that it is the tire pressure trigger that sends the tire pressure information from the front left or right tires to the TPMS system that displays on the dash. I am guessing there are 2 more in the rear area close to the back axle since this Jeep shows all four...
