I have an irritating vibration sound from the small dash panel just to the left of the steering wheel. Can someone advise me how to remove it so that I can apply some insulation under it to get rid of the buzzing? This is on a 2005 Liberty. Thanks!

How do I remove dash panel? I need to remove the small panel in the dash to the left of the steering wheel. It vibrates causing an annoying noise. I want to insulate it to stop the noise. Anyone know how to remove it? I should mention that this is on a 2005 Liberty.
