I'm fixing to do this same repair. I could have sworn my issue was also bake or intermediate shaft related. Also checked the differential side cv on the front shaft and felt all was good there. Sounds had been playing with me for 6-8 months, then bam. Blew the whole cv head on the tcase...

Sorry, I was searching window repair, temp regulator, etc. Guess I was being too specific.

I know I seen a thread some time ago on a zip tie or temp fix for a window down broken regulator. Need to temp fix it until I can get the part to make the perm fix. Searched high and low and could not find. Any help would be much appreciated.

Mud adventure went great. I had some rub on the Arb bumper plate that covers the original washer bottle location but as soon as I got home, the washer was removed as well as that pesky plate. Pinch welds and bump stops are in my future very soon. Only other real rub is at just before lock both...

Thanks. Got her new shoes today. :-) I love love love the way it looks now. Heading to the hunt lease this weekend and they got a ton of rain in the last two weeks, so mud is definately in my near future. Wish us luck. :-)

OK, so I just purchased as 'new to me' 02 Liberty, 3.7L limited. I know it has a lift as it currently rides on 255/70-16 Destination AT's, checked prior to purchase and no blocks, all spring, rear springs still have tag [OME947], which online shows 1.5" lift. No evidence of tire rub and car...

Well it took a while but the deal is done. I am now the official owner of a KJ. Dealership still had it after a 2-3 week delay for me to get my title from Cali and get it sold. Cool thing they had reduced the price so it all worked out. Looking forward to being part of the family. :-)

Tire size is 255/70-16. Hoping to Get over there with my trade to see what they say. Hoping I am not jinxing it. :-)
