Backing Plates?
Where did you end up getting your new backing plates? Need some bad.
I wish you had this for sale about 6 months ago. Would have bought it up in a hurry.
So the rivets that attach my backing plates to the caliper mounts have rusted off. Consequently, they move and rub while driving. Either the actual plate on the rotor, or the parking shoe on the drum surface. Not 100% sure which.
Anyway, the plates are actually warped a bit too. I am guessing...
Has anyone seen any tubular / adventure doors for the liberty? I found them for the XJ (see pic), but I want some for my KJ.
I may end up fabing some if I can't find them anywhere.
Thoughts?
Well at least that give me hope that I can have some trouble free miles ahead of me. My saving grace is that I have a lifetime powertrain warranty. I hope to put a ton of miles on it and then turn it into a full time trail rig.

Oh yea forgot to mention. Picked up a hitch off of craigslist. So difficult to install with gastank skid. Wow. Scarred 5 out of 6 thread holes trying to line up with screwdriver. Re-tapped, new bolts and a lot of frustration later. Installed.
