Tensioner pulley x2. Had same issue. Good way to tell is to put a long screw driver onto the body of the tensioner, aka NOT the part that moves. You will be able to feel vibrations and such. This was how I was taught and how I verified my tensioner was bad. Good luck!

Could be a resistor, I only had speeds 3&4 until my mech replaced it. It could also be your heater core. Mine burns hot as fire n cold as ice now in speeds 1-4.

A good place to start is to get underneath it and take a look at your suspension components. Jack up the front end, put it on blocks/stands and make sure to give every suspension component a good strong tug. Make sure everything is tight and there is no play. You can check your wheel bearings...
Can always find possible leaks in any vacuum system by spraying a little brake cleaner in any areas that are possible suspects while the jeep is running. It'll stall it out and help you close in on any problems! Glad you found the issue!

Sure thing. Its a fast and cheap replace and if it hasn't been done it won't hurt. Keep in mind that if you replace the Throttle Position Sensor you will need to drive it around a while until it gets programmed correctly by the computer. Until then it may idle a little funky.
