    Trailer hitch

its very easy, there are three bolts into the frame rails on either side of the gas tank. I installed my Draw-Tite hitch without help, in ~30 min. Hardest part for me was keeping the hitch up, I needed 3 arms so I used a jack stand. If you've got a gas tank skid I'll be a bit harder as the...

Fuse Help - No Driverside Parking Lights

Both driverside parking lights are out, being that its both I dont suspect its a bulb (can cant find my torx bits to remove the lenses to confirm it) so I was checking the fuses. Turns out there is one fuse for each side parking light. According to the user's manual pin 9 is a 10amp for...

    Receiver Hitch Help

my T-One connection was completely OUTSIDE the vehicle, I didnt pull any trim to do the install. Honestly though, what are you saving? The T-one fits between the plug to the tail light housing and the housing itself, the only thing your risking for an over load is the fuse for the running...

    Problems due to Off roading

I've had a few major issues, really took a chunk out of the old wallet too. Total cost to fix these issues was ~1100 ](*,). The resolution was pretty involved too, took a lot of my time to get the new parts installed. Though in the end my quest for better clearence was worth the...

    Receiver Hitch Help

A few picts of my Draw-Tite and the 10.5" ball mount I've got. Ball mount before I lifted it (Rusty's 2.5" Coil Lift) was ~16.5" from the ground to the top of the ball. Last night I used a tow dolly to bring my two new toys home -- both are '83 VW Rabbit GTIs \:D/
