So I haven't done anything with the jeep or even driven it since I started this thread... turned it on yesterday, and there is like a pinging/knocking sound now from the engine; you can feel the ping through the gas pedal... plan on pulling the spark plugs today to inspect them... was trying to...
no it looks like everything is a separate issue lol. the oil pressure, the misfire and the coolant... just trying to narrow things down so i dont have to do a trial and error kind of fix. The part I need is on it's way to fix the oil problem... I'm down to about to options for the misfire... and...
Ill try it and see what happens... Got nothin to lose. lol... also; checked my coolant level today, and it's extremely low... no coolant in the return tank, and I haven't quite been able to find a leak anywhere. im gonna look again tomorrow. hopefully it's just a hose or something.
see thats the thing! it's not running smooth... atleast in idle! when i'm moving, it's fine but when i first turn the car on, it's pretty bad. just trying to catch it early before it gets worse.
By coil pak, if you mean ignition coil...? I have already replaced it with a new one, as well as the fuel injector on the same cylinder, as well as all spark plugs... this is why I am at a loss, especially with no overheat problems... there also is no rotten egg smell commonly associated with...
thats what i figured. i ordered a oil pressure sending unit from wyckoff parts... because every time the 0306 code comes up so does the 0522 code. could be separate issues, but not sure what effect if any this part would have on this problem. i know the 03 models had a valve spring problem...
very VERY useful info. again tho, is this something that could be causing the misfire. if not then i need to be searching for something else also. thanks again.
Yes precisely... it is blowing out air at normal speed but heat doesn't come out unless I'm on the gas... I have a compression tester... I'll check that out... also, might sound dumb... but how do I bleed the system to get the air bubbles out if that happens to be the case?... AND thank you...
Seems like there are tons of problems these days...
P0300
P0306
P0522
I know what they mean, but don't know if the 0522 could possibly be causing the others... don't know how the oil works in conjunction to everything else.
Had the P0306 problem about 2 months ago, replaced the fuel...
I'll get some blueprints, dimensions, volume, directions, etc. posted in the how to section within the next couple of days, so everyone can use them as desired...
I plan to run the wires under the center console, up and around the backside of the glovebox, and back under the panels below the doors... the amplifier will be mounted under the rear seat... the power wire comes through the left side of the vehicle, so running the speaker wires through the...

Removed the seats to make it easier to relocate wiring and sensors under seats... bent the metal seat belt sensor bracket up after removing sensor (what a useless spot to mount in the first place!) Screwed boxes into floor with 2in...

Complete rebuild from the first set... there were some dimensions that werent quite as perfect as I would have liked them... It was nice to have the first set however to be able to determine what sections needed to be...
Truliberty... You typically can't take a thin piece of wood and bend it around, AND still be strong enough to support the internal pressure from the subwoofer... your best bet is to build the whole box out of mdf, and then fiberglass the face as desired.
the frequencies you get from a subwoofer, are much lower than that of a speaker... they do not play high notes, the response is very different to that of a speaker...
