Not sure what this means... don't understand the "voltage" part of it... could somebody help me out

Oil Pressure Voltage Too Low. Oil pressure sending unit (sensor) voltage input below the minimum acceptable voltage.

Try a new oil pressure sensor.

It is right above the oil filter.

Yep, Sender is bad, wrench it out and replace...
