Have you tried another pump or another station? I had it where some pumps flow faster than others and it would kick off every few seconds. Like Ry said try pumping slower. Also, dont shove the nozzle all the way in. Try backing it off a 1/2 inch or so. This one usually works for me.- ChiefRudy

Full Sunthetic??
I run mobile 1 full Synth in the motor. Helps out greatly with the yellow sluge that appears in the oil fill tube due to moisture and short trips. I change it out every 6 months (March and September). I barely put 4000 a year on. I could probably go once a year with an oil change if I wanted but...- ChiefRudy

Wheel Bearing Noise?

cargo cover
Since you got a 06 model. I would stick with one that says 05 to 07. The cargo cover will actually work in several Jeep models (not sure how many). Blower setting 1 does not work
Most Likely the blower mower resistor like said above. I replaced one on my wifes Liberty two years ago. 1st speed 1 one stopped working then two then three. It's a 15 dollar part from Advance auto. 20 or so minutes to replace it.- ChiefRudy

Just pop the door cover off. I believe there is a thin metal rod extending from the door latch to the inside door handle. If its connected properly then you will have to disconnect it to completely remove the cover. If it's not connected then you know whats wrong. That would be a good place to...- ChiefRudy

You don't need to pull any fuses for that. Remove the screw in the cubie hole at the bottom( or behind ash tray depending on the year of KJ) and run a credit card along the edit of the trim to pop it off. Then disconnect the cigar lighter.
