'02 KJ code mystery.
I tried the BWD TPS from AA just now and a lot of things improved. No stalling, no P020x codes. But, as I was pulling back in the driveway, it shut off and now has the dreaded P0340 code. Could the BWD TPS somehow damaged my cam position sensor?- KJCrazy

'02 KJ code mystery.
I'm assuming that it is original. I have had good luck with BWD parts. They're listed as OEM. I'm NOT cheaping out here, and I know our Jeeps need sensors that are MOPAR specific.... I've done TONS of research and believe parts are made by the same manufacturer, no matter the part...- KJCrazy

I just found this from a factory service manual, or otherwise known as a TSB.: Multiple injector circuit codes. MIL on, no noticeable driveability problems. May have code P0121 - TPS voltage does not agree with MAP. Possible codes P0201, P0202, P0203, P0204, P0205, P0206, P0207, P0208...- KJCrazy

I just went outside and started it up. I let idle for 10 minutes or so. It sat there running smoothly until I shut it off. The PCM set a P0206 code along with P0202 and P0201 from yesterday.:favorites68: How is it running smoothly but setting codes?:Frustrated::emotions122:- KJCrazy

PCM plug sequence.Please help!
I'm currently installing a new PCM into my daughter's 02 KJ, 3.7L V6. I may have reversed two plugs. I haven't connected them yet. My question is, from front to back, is it black-white-grey, or black-grey-white? Any help is always needed and greatly appreciated.- KJCrazy

Trying an '04 head on an '02 3.7L V6.
I'm going for it this week and will share what knowledge I gain. I set the cam sprocket while attached to the cam at 12 O'clock, with the chain about two teeth off from my paint marks from where it was when I did the disassembly. I'm not happy about it, but it seems to be the only way...- KJCrazy

Replacing a Single Fuel Injector
When I get the rail out of the '02, I gently, but with mild force, pry the clip off of the injector with a small flathead screwdriver and I usually use a reacher-mag so they don't fly across the room incase I launch one....LOL... If you get a clip a little out of shape, you can straighten...- KJCrazy

Are you 02blue over there? If so, yeah, that's me. Everything about the '04 head seems the same.... I just can't get the sprocket, timing marks, and cam position to line up unless I throw the engine out of time.- KJCrazy

Replacing a Single Fuel Injector
I think you'll find it much easier to go ahead and free all six injectors with the rail and replace your #1 injector with the rail out. Those injectors seat snuggly in the intake ports but take quite a bit more force to remove them from the rail itself. I'm not saying it's impossible with the...- KJCrazy
