K&N Cold Air Intake
Don't you have the mod where you add the 3" inlet tube to your airbox from the front grill for a little "colder" air intake? I thought you run that on most of your kjs or at least for quite some time (mileage). Did it not benefit you at all? I enjoy watching people show how they gained "25 hp"...- 808inthe949

Tom- I know you have done numerous combinations on yours and others rigs and probably have some of the most well experienced advice. Fuel sender unit or fuel pump issue?
I haven't removed the injectors or rail yet. There's a local place that will do the cleaning if I bring them just the injectors. But for the price I imagine I could just buy new ones. Is it recommended to do any improvement with the injectors like a bigger size or better brand?- 808inthe949

I do plan to do gears at some point but I do not feel experienced enough to tackle it at this point nor do I have the proper tools. Plus the price point is tough on the pockets. So would there be no noticable gains by boring and polishing the TB, adding the extra air inlet to the airbox, a free flow muffler, and possibly a TB Spacer from Airraid?- 808inthe949

Fastman sells a ported throttle body that many members have spoken of. Ported throttle bodies have been popular for a lot of different motors and applications. Are you saying that porting and polishing my throttle body will have no effect? I know it will really only be felt/noticed when paired...- 808inthe949

Recommended fuel pump replacement?
I avoid doorman like the plaque. RockAuto has a few options and only one complete assembled unit. Amazon has one or two but I'm never too sure about those brands. 05 KJ 3.7 4x4- 808inthe949

Just a noise...
Update: added LG products to crankcase and transmission. Seems to run much quieter and my shifting is a little smoother. Went for a 600+ mile drive over the weekend and the noise never came back.- 808inthe949

I have always used PB blaster silicone **** spray for all my pulleys. Is the windex meant to clean or lubricate? When I removed the belt, the noise was still there without the ac pulley moving.- 808inthe949
