    On my '03 Liberty Sport, the heater is just blowing warm, not hot. My '02 by comparison blows plenty hot when the heat is on, so I know there's an issue. I asked about the fresh air vent actuating and the shop said it is... and they are telling me the heater core needs to be replaced...

    Just following up - they came back and said the alternator was indeed bad and there were issues with the speedometer. So, they are fixing as covered under a 45 day 1,250 mile warranty on the used car. Will report back and see if it solves things.

    Ok, dumb question but - how do you know if you have heated mirrors. Was trying to adjust my drivers side the other day and heard a snap sound. Now mirror moves in and out without any resistance at all. Not good. So, I need to replace.
