Hi guys, I just bought a EVIC from an forum. The part code is:
1) 2002 56042749AE EVIC Instant MPG +homelink
2) Temperature sensor #56042395
Am I getting the right EVIC parts for my 2003 KJ ? Thanks in advance~~
I have a KJ2003,
It has the same problem.
one day after high way drive, somebody tole me "your rotor is on fire" Then I noticed that the rear right rotor is smoking.. Thats terrible !!!
Now I am carrying a "Formula 1 lub" with me all the time and apply it to the calipper after every drive.
My 2003 KJ is having kinda back fire problem. I've checked the spark plug, cleaned the injector but it just wouldn't stop. I hope any of you guys can give me an idea of whats going on here. Really Thanks a lot!!!
btw: there are no engine lights on.
Finally had the ball joints replaced!!!
The liberty seems easier to handle after the recall. It used to swing a little while making turns. I feel great. :-({|=

I've been through this situation. My confuse was between my 03 Sport and the 04 Limited of my neighbour's. I always had this strange feeling that mine is the taller one. #-o
Today I bought "Brake Lube (ABS sensor harmless)" (forgot the brand name), applied it to all the calipers and brake discs. And you know what? The smell is gone!!!! Love my liberty! It was only $5. Talking about low budget huh \:D/
