Alright, here is my input on the whole thing.
1. They are not hard to install, on the scale from 1 to 10 I would give it 6. You can check in Tech section and you will see instructions on how to install Frankenlift. Not hard at all.
2. They say Frankenlift is the best. People had problems...
I got Rustys coil lift with the factory tires and it looks like a roller skate but its not really that bad. I can see a lot of my fender well :) I only have 37000 on mine so it still will be a little while before the new tires come.
I don't know about the OME lift but I have rustys coil lift and my jeep rides smoother but the suspension is stiffer. So far I like the way it rides and handles.
What is so differrent about the 2005? I am just curious why you said pre-2005
what happened after2005?
Also I am extending my breathers this weekend!
I hope I can do the tranny one cause everybody makes it sound like its hard to find it.
Wish me luck!
I think I am addicted to these KJ forums!
Ok here is the question - Why is full OME lift will only give you 2" lift while Rustys lift that uses OME parts will give you 2.5"?
I haven't bought it yet and it depends on how hard it is to put it in if I buy it
Its B&M Hi-Tek Trans Coolers
Automatic Transmission Cooler
19,000 GVW
13,000 BTU
11'' x 7-1/2'' x 3/4''
whats up guys!
Found me a tranny cooler online for 49 bucks, thinking about buying it.
I read through every tranny post on here and still have some questions. As i unserstand my 05 sport would have the auxilary tranny cooler installed in the factory and it is mounted in front of the radiator...
