    Is there a TSB for the "new dealer fix"? I had my 2 fronts fixed (again) under warranty a couple of months ago... and I don't think they changed the window. My warranty is up this summer and I don't want to pay to fix this a third time after warranty runs out. '06 Sport

    Interesting starting point, but not all you need to know. I think some actual wear & sludge testing would be a little more interesting. Might be helpful to clarify what a "high" level of ash content is as it relates to sludge. I haven't seen any good figures for that.

    How long did the install take... did you need a spring "stretcher" to spread the springs enough to get the air bags in.. I know on my old van I paid Camping World to install them and he used something to spread the springs a little extra.

    I don't think torsion bars would help with the rear end sag... The tongue height is already kind of low due the the spare tire clearance needed to hitch up the trailer... I think the Air-lifts might be worth a try...

    It may be rated for 500#, but it could use less sag with my trailer... it's not horrible, but it might feel better on the highway if it was stiffer.

    HOW TO: Change your front/rear diff oils

    Has anyone done a DIY change of your front and rear axle fluid yet? Any tips? It seems the front diff has a heavy duty protector on the front of it... does this swing out of the way once you unbolt it? I noticed the rear diff has a rubber plug on the fill hole.. is this a functional plug...

    Mine has the factory tow package already with the tranny cooler... but it would be nice to know how well that does the job.
