Salvage title vehicles are illegal on the roads here, but under certain circumstances a rebuilt brand maybe issued on a new title making it legal again. Just to note, front plates are a requirement here.

At the risk of sounding like a complete idiot - I'm not too familiar with some of the body terms.. what are the 'flares'? Is it the trim around the wheel areas?
Because of this thread, after 3 months, I FINALLY found my damn manual. lmao
My KJ has an "oh shit" handle going across the area above the compartment, so it always blocked my view of that little slot.
