Yeah that retailer has a deal on the bay, $265 for compressor, pag, o rings, accum, and dryer, Prolly the way I am going to go if I am to replace all that stuff.
To expensive for my KJ, I got 156K on it
And I am going to be getting a 4dr JK in about 2 or 3 years. I don't care much about warranty as I am going to get a cheap reman or new non oem off ebay or from discount. Those guys say they have a warranty but unless you buy retail and pay 300+ its...
Clutch went but compessor is fine. I looked for a new mopar clutch but they are real expensive like 300 bucks and only dealers sell them???? so I decided to get a new or reman compressor as i can get one of those for about 200.
I know when a compessor blows you need to replace the...
I have had it as well but not to that extent. It is collecting there cause it is the coolest part of the engine system plus the lowest pressure(some air leaks prolly out that cap). While a healthy engine doesn't reach 212f the airborne water being sucked into your engine is still vaporized and...
If you have a hitch get one of these.

It is what I got on the back of mine.
RRO reputation for quality, customer service, and business practices have come under question by many of us here and others at www.lostkjs.com . I purchased from them and it did workout for me. I would recommend that you get a frankinlift or a OME lift from Rustys off road. I do not reccomend a...
Here is a really cool link I found on installing an ARB in a dana 44.
I posted this under the front or rear locking thread but I thought it would be good to repost it for all. I think I may throw it up on LOST too.
If you wondered what was involved and about a do it yourselfer this may...

I have been thinking about resurecting my old coleman pop up I used to pull with my cherokee chief. I need to get a hitch and a wiring harness for the libby. Any reccomendations??
Also another question: I know my 03 renny came with a tranny cooler via the off road group I paid for when I...
I thought of it too. Mine has a LSD in the back already. Sucks but better than nothing. So I thought about getting a airlocker in the front first.
I think there is something detrimental about that though. Some of those systems are set up so the back has to be locked before the front can be...
This may sound stupid but check your tire pressure, plugs, replace air filter excetra.
I started running with my tires at 32 psi, instead of the reccomended 28, and got much better milage. I ahve heard of some running around 40! Thats to much for me. Plus I added a KN filter and one of those...
Tires are not going to affect spring rates. Their weight is supported by themselves so that is not a issue. Because of that size whatever you do you need to keep your lift or get new tires.
I found the factory stuff to just suck. I didn't know how bad until I got my OME and then it was...
Woops! sorry about that. Usually I include the R but I forgot this time.
He is correct. Those that I have are not "mud" tires. They are a little watered down from pure MT's for maximium traction in all offroad conditions.
We were refering to this reference at the start or the previous the...
I just got the Wrangler MT's on mine, love them. If your going 90% off road I would reccomend getting them or a tire for that purpose. IMHO
AT's do both ok but excel at neither.
Here's a link to how she will look. These are lifted too.

BTW, are those wrangler MT's on your mitsu? How much did they set you back? Off road performance at 10.5? I think the 10.5 my be one reason they sucked when wet. The wider you get the more they wanna hydroplane. Nice snorkel!!
