    2 hours and 5/6 bolts installed to realize the hitch frame was bent 5 degrees and i had to that it down last night. good thing amazon does 1 day shipping on damaged goods. ill try again tomorrow.

    im actually going on a 2k trip on friday, and i need to use my rear bumper basket. if/when i get called I will ask them to reimburse me. (got it for 75$ off amazon) or go half-sies with me on a gas skidplate.

    nah, carmax, bump 2 bump, 0$ deductible, 100% parts /labor, car rental and towing. 72 months or 150k, which ever comes 1st. (im @ 75k now), and my loan is only for 60 months, so Im covered.

    or maybe i should re-word. when something goes wrong and you have to get warranty work done and they ask for proof of services.... you cant give it to them right? or do you just show them receipts for parts/material.

    yea. carmax wants 180... some places refuse to do it.. and pepboys wants 95$ for labor and 30 for oil and another 15$ for seals, etc... but seriously, every 15k?

    Possible Recall 2002-2007?

    My dealer told me to buy a gas skid and a hitch.... bring a receipt for a hitch and hes install both (free) and refund me for the hitch (only). Of course i called 3 times a week for updates... so i guess nagging them worked.

    im not sure why they are illusive Curt makes em and they are on every trailer hitch website ive seen. So are the tow hook/bull bar holes the same hole the front hitch uses? if not, i can get a front hitch and a D ring liek you suggested, and also put a bull bar for my lights...
