Isn't that counter intuitive? What's the logic, being under 2000 you are under the power band so the engine forces too much? Would a re-gear benefit a non lifted KJ? I only use it for my small engines, I use Ethanol regular for the Jeep. Every link shows the octane and which are Ethanol or not. You have to find one locally that both meets your required octane level and is Ethanol free if that is what you want. For me, I go through a tank so quickly that...- Adam Roby

I don't know the area, but maybe have a look at the line I shared above. I don't see anything in your home town, this one in Kirkland is about 45 minutes away from you it seems. Parking Brake Replacement
I believe mine is either from stretched cables or the arms not tightening the cable. It seems to get stronger, then weaker, then stronger... I can't see the adjustment wheel doing that, must be another component... then again I am only guessing.- Adam Roby

Parking Brake Replacement
The 2006 is 4 discs as well, but inside the rear discs is where the parking brakes go, which are basically shoes (inside of the disk is a drum). Worse of both worlds I guess...- Adam Roby

Parking Brake Replacement
Swapped out mine recently also (3 weeks or a month ago?). Not hard to do but it was quite time consuming. I have yet to get them adjusted properly. I tightened as much as I could with the wheel through the hub, tried the backing up thing... then engage but can't hold the vehicle when in gear...- Adam Roby

I had the same problem, wonder if its common with these. Our local autoparts only sells the bracket with the caliper. I had to order from RockAuto. It fit perfectly but after a week it was already orange with rust. Next time I might just swap the caliper at the same time... grrr...- Adam Roby

I have a smaller 8' ladder to bring today, and in about a month I need to bring back my 32' extension ladder. If you did 28' then what's an extra 4' right?
